Vision
To facilitate the strengthening of India’s corporate legal and governance framework by supporting progressive regulatory reforms, promoting global best practices, and advancing Ease of Doing Business. The Corporate Law Committee (CLC) aspires to empower the profession through knowledge leadership, research, and capacity building, while working closely with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other regulators to provide constructive policy inputs and foster a transparent, efficient, and robust corporate ecosystem.

Facilitate knowledge, research, and capacity building in the areas of corporate laws and governance while fostering collaboration with regulators, industry, and stakeholders. Encourage professional excellence, ethical governance, and leadership in boardrooms, and contribute to strengthening compliance ecosystems through digital transformation, industry engagement, and practical insights.
